In this talk I want to talk about what we do at the Computertruhe e.V and how you can support our work if you want.

This talk will be a Short presentation about the Computertruhe e.V and what we do / how we do it and how individuals as well as cooperations can support us with a short Q&A session

In diesem Vortrag möchte ich auf meine 5 Jahre Tech Support Erfahrung zurückblicken und einige Humorvolle Anekdoten erzählen.

Gleichzeitig möchte ich mehr awareness schaffen das wenn ein L1 ein Problem nicht lösen kann (oder man denken mag nicht lösen will) es auch an anderen Entitäten scheitern kann.

Dieser Talk soll auch andere mit Tech Support Erfahrung einladen, aus ihren Perspektiven zu erzählen.
